Email & Webmail Control Panel Access

If Vision Design Group hosts your email, you can access it from anywhere simply with a web browser and an internet connection.

Accessing my email control panel

To gain access to your email control panel all you need to do is go to your web site and type in /webmail/

A dialog box will prompt you to enter your username and password. Your username is the same as your email address. You were provided a password when your account was created. If you no longer have your password, we can create a new one for you (just call 507-453-0767). Once you successfully log in, your screen will look like this:

Our webmail tool is a great way to check messages while you are away from the office. To login to your webmail application, click on the “Horde” icon, and then click the “Log in” button on the subsequent screen.

Once you are logged in, the menu bar on the left will allow you to view and manage your email on the server. Keep in mind, messages left in your webmail application will download to your Outlook when you return to your office and open Outlook. If you plan to access webmail while traveling, be sure to quit Outlook at your office, as messages will auto-download to Outlook and remove them from the server.

Changing my email password

To change your password, click the “Change Password” link on your email control panel page. On the subsequent screen, enter your new password twice and click the “Change Password” button. You can cancel this operation by clicking the “Return” link.

NOTE: If you change your password, be sure to keep it secure; your first name or your pet’s name is NOT a secure password. Use hyphens, numbers and letters to ensure security for your account.

NOTE: If you change your password you will need to also update your email client (Outlook) to reflect the change. We do not have access to your passwords if they are lost. We can reset them for you if they are misplaced.

Forwarding emails to my PDA or Blackberry

To auto-forward your emails to other email addresses, your Blackberry or other PDAs, simply click on the “Forwarding Options” link. Enter the email address to your device or other email address you would like your messages forwarded to. Click the “Add Forwarder” button. You may add multiple forwarding addresses. Clicking the “Return” links will cancel this operation.

Creating Out-of-Office auto responders

You may create an auto response while you are away from your email by clicking on “Autoresponder Options”.  Fill out the from, subject and body text input fields and click the “Setup Autoresponder” button.

To remove your auto responder when you return to the office, login in to your control panel, select “Autoresponder Options” link and click the “Delete Autoresponder” button.
