Each email account will receive a daily Quarantine Summary email so the user can scan the senders and subjects of emails that have been flagged as potential junk mail. Retrieving a legitimate email from the quarantine is as easy as clicking "Deliver." (See image at right or view the image at full size.) The message will be delivered immediately. Don't recognize any of the emails in the Quarantine Summary email? Just delete the email and forget about junk mail for the day!
Users can log into their online quarantine anytime to retrieve emails or whitelist senders so that all future emails from a certain address or domain will be delivered.
Individual users have complete control over how strictly the filter will manage their junk mail. Just log in to access your settings, then select how aggressively you want the filter to handle inbound emails. (See image at right or view the image at full size.) An administrator can also log in to manage the organization's default filter settings and view activity reports detailing valid messages, spam and viruses being filtered.
