Matt is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin Stout with a BFA degree in Industrial Design.
With his strong design background and knowledge of the latest technology, Bill leads Vision Design Group to innovative and advanced solutions for its clients. Under his supervision, Vision Design has become a leader in web and e-commerce solutions.
Bill studied Graphic Design at Western Wisconsin Technical College La Crosse, Wisconsin.
With over 30 years experience in sales and management, Ed brings strong business strategy and leadership to Vision Design Group and its clients. Excellence in strategy, project execution and client satisfaction is at the core of Vision Design Group through Ed's direction.
In addition to his duties as Vision Design's CFO, Ed is part owner of Minnesota City Custom, a member of the Winona Chamber Ambassadors, a member of the Winona Civic Association, and past president of the Winona Steamboat Day Festival.
Steve’s strengths arise from his experience using and customizing online business marketing tools. He has strong people skills and has the innate ability to easily interface between business needs and technological possibilities.
He helps businesses extend their marketing capabilities through the development and application of e-commerce capable websites. Steve has taught numerous online courses, including strategies and techniques for the successful application of online marketing tools in today’s competitive business environment. He holds a Master’s Degree in Education from the University of Minnesota.
Michelle's strong web and graphic design skills were first developed at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. After graduation, she returned to the Winona area and continued to develop her skills in design and writing. Later, she joined us at Vision Design.

A gifted photographer and traditional artist, Blake started his photography career at the Winona Daily News. The paper was one of the first to switch from film to digital cameras, allowing Blake to become an expert at digital photography, lighting and digital imaging.
Blake works well with clients and often finds creative ways to complete shots that others may not have thought possible. With a focus on integrating photography with graphic design, his technical expertise is enhanced by his attention to detail.
With more than 10 years of training as a visual communicator and problem solver, Jill knows that regardless of the medium, the fundamentals of executing a design never change. The intelligent use of color, topography, line, space, shape and balance will always make the difference between a good design and a bad design.
Jill is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin–Stout with a BFA degree in Art.
Toby is a computer systems administration and web development expert. He leads Vision Design Group’s technical team, providing powerful functionality to our website products. Toby has more than 4 years experience with web application development and programming.
With more than 15 years of experience with information technology and customer support, Brad knows the importance of timely and courteous service when resolving problems for Vision Design's customers. His experience includes network administration and software application support. Brad is a graduate of Minnesota State College-SE, and is MCSE certified (Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer).
