Vision Design Group is growing and looking for a full-time Website Production Designer to join our creative team. This is more than just a job — it’s a career opportunity with room to grow, and we’re ready to train the right candidate.
You’ll collaborate closely with our in-house team to design, build, and manage WordPress-based websites that support both internal initiatives and a wide variety of clients. From local businesses to regional organizations, you’ll help craft great online experiences that drive results.

What You’ll Do:
- Collaborate with our account team to produce and maintain client websites
- Create, update, and optimize WordPress websites with a focus on usability and performance
- Support internal marketing efforts with updates and enhancements to company web properties
- Apply best practices in web design, SEO, and user experience
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide website support
What We’re Looking For:
- A creative thinker with technical aptitude and attention to detail
- Comfortable working with WordPress (experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person)
- Strong communicator who enjoys working as part of a team
- Passion for learning and a proactive mindset
- Bonus: Familiarity with basic design tools or online marketing principles
