Website Redesign: Winona Community Foundation

The Winona Community Foundation recently partnered with us to complete a comprehensive website redesign—bringing their old site up to current web standards and better supporting the Foundation’s mission to connect people and purpose through giving. The redesign focused on improving the user experience across all devices, with a mobile-optimized layout, simplified navigation, and enhanced accessibility. We gave special attention to the donation and legacy giving sections—streamlining these key areas to guide visitors toward action more easily and effectively.

We also revamped the blog section, removing outdated posts and introducing a cleaner, ledger-style layout to improve readability and highlight the Foundation’s latest updates and insights. In addition, the Nonprofit Directory was rebuilt using a faster, more efficient platform—replacing the previous, resource-heavy tool to boost site performance and improve user experience.

To support the Foundation team, we provided training on how to manage the site’s updated content tools, and implemented SEO enhancements to help increase organic traffic and visibility in search results.

The result is a modern, mission-driven website that’s easier to navigate, easier to maintain, and better equipped to serve donors, nonprofit partners, and the broader Winona community.
