For over 20 years, HBC has been striving to be the Winona and surrounding area’s leading provider of phone, internet, and television services. HBC is a community driven company that believes in small town customer care, is staffed by locals, and has nearly one-third of the company’s stock owned by non-profit organizations.
While HBC continues to evolve to fit their customers’ needs, their website was in need of an update to keep up with the company. This gave Vision Design the chance to work alongside the HBC marketing team to integrate their current branding into a new website. With collaboration from HBC’s marketing team, we used the opportunity to refresh the website with a more concise navigation, improve the mobile experience for smart phone and tablet users, and introduce ADA tools for website friendliness.
As a broadband service, HBC has many channel guides and look-ups at the customers’ disposal; however creating an efficient way to locate specific support articles remained an issue. Our team designed a custom solution to make sorting through the resources simple and user friendly. This resulted in a clean, easy to use knowledge base for customers and customer service staff.
